Yes, we believe in the importance of having support workers who you feel comfortable with and who understand your needs. We work closely with you to match you with suitable support workers and welcome your input in the selection process.

Once we've completed the initial consultation and paperwork, we can typically begin providing services within 1-2 weeks. In urgent situations, we strive to arrange support more quickly whenever possible.

We understand that needs and situations change. We offer flexible scheduling and require just 24 hours' notice for routine schedule changes. For  emergencies or unexpected situations, please contact us as soon as possible.
